Customer Service…#Epic Fail!!

 

So, I go to McDonald's for a quick meal & order a hamburger with no pickle, small fries & a small lemonade/strawberry frozen drink. The cashier REPEATS The order exactly like I stated. When I get to the window she gives me my receipt & I notice she charged me for a mango smoothie instead. She informs me that they will get it right at the next window. The lady at the next window reaches me a MANGO ...SMOOTHIE. I explain what I ordered & she then reaches me the right drink with HALF OF IT MISSING & I inform her that there is a $ difference. She says don't worry & I tell her that THEY OWE ME $! The manager comes to get the drink back, fix another one in a bigger cup & give me the $1.00 back!!!! Lord have mercy!!!
