I CAN!!!

This has been a GREAT weekend for me!! I have attended a friend's birthday event and had a blast, my son came home to visit after his first week of college & I ended it with a good WORD & PRAISE in church and visit with one of my FAVORITE cousins!!!  After chatting with my cousin and attending the party I have come to realize that ; I CAN!!! I CAN go to an event and enjoy myself without a MAN by my side!! I CAN survive being alone in my house without my son!! I CAN get up and go take a ride and just hang out with friends or family!!! I CAN get my praise on and NOT be ashamed!!!

 For a very long time, I always felt that I had to have a significant other to do certain things. I thought I would turn into an old maid once Christopher left the "nest" and I thought I would go to work and just come home and sit all the time!!! NOT!!! I am beautiful, I am gorgeous, I am FINE as wine and I am LOVED!!!  I enjoy being able to sit back and read a book or chat on my computer or watch my favorite shows without feeling guilty!!

I CAN get my PRAISE on and not worry about how others look at me!! This is 2011 and my new motto is that I REALLY don't care how I may look to others!! I have to make Crystal Demetria Clark happy and that is all that matters!! I am tired of trying to please others WHO are not even worthy of the stress!! I have my sister and a close friend to thank for this new attitude because they both speak their minds and live life to the fullest without worrying about how others feel!!!
